MingDao University has an abundance of on-campus accommodation, catering to both Taiwanese and international students. All freshmen and many upper-level students live on campus. To make campus life more complete and to build a greater sense of community outside the classroom, student clubs are an essential part of the MingDao experience. Students form their own clubs, which focus on interests ranging from music to drama to sports. A number of clubs are organized by students from a particular major, like the “Connoisseur's Coffee Club”, from the Department of Hospitality Management, and the “Modeling Club”, from the Department of Fashion Imaging.
