In MingDao University, on-campus living is sufficient.
All freshmen and most students of higher year level live on campus. Student clubs, hereby, are very lively and active. Students form their own activity clubs, ranging from music ones, drama ones, to the ones which match students' majors, like Connoisseur's Coffee Club (which matches the Department of Hospitality Management) or Modeling Club (this matches the Department of Fashion Imaging).
Another prominent club is also MingDao's unique : the Canon Club.
